Two roles are open. One at the bench, where the work is made. One in the room and behind the camera, where everybody else meets it.

Full Time Florist

The bench is where it all comes together. Cool room at one end, wrapping at the other, and in between, a day of arrangements that create a memorable moment when handed over.
We're looking for a florist with quick hands and a generous eye - someone who can take a bucket of stems and bring it to life, confidently and independently. High Floral is where we're heading, and we'd love for you to grow with us.
What the days look like
- Designing and finishing arrangements to the photograph, High Floral included.
- You keep the day flowing, with care, strong communication and responsibility.
- You treat the cool room as your own - stock rotated, waste minimised, nothing left to wilt.
- You pack and dispatch with love, so the work arrives feeling just as it did when it left.
- You notice when the person beside you needs a hand, you support and model a positive attitude.
Who we are hoping to meet
- You have worked with flowers. We do not need to see a certificate.
- You can read a brief and get on with it.
- You are quick and you are careful, and you do not trade one for the other.
- Thursdays here are loud and Mondays are quiet. Both suit you.
- You want to get better — the big work, the hard work, the pieces that take two people to carry.

Head of Content & Community (Part Time)

We are looking for the person who makes people want to leave the house, and who knows how to make the rest of us wish we had been there.
Flower Club began as an evening with flowers on the table. It has become the part of Fig & Bloom that people tell their friends about. The feed is the other half of the same job: stills, stories, and the small decisions (a crop, a colour, a caption) that make a flower company look like a fashion house.
This role owns both. You fill the rooms, you host them, and then you make the frame somebody screenshots and sends to a friend.
What the days look like
- You build a programme worth clearing a night for: Flower Club, workshops, panels and gatherings that could not belong to anybody else.
- You go looking for the people, places and ideas that make an evening worth showing up for: artists, makers, speakers, venues, clients, whole communities we have not met yet.
- You take Flower Club somewhere it has never been, and you make client and co-branded events that feel generous, and true to both names on the invitation.
- You host the room. You set the tone, make the introductions, and notice the person standing on their own.
- You art-direct and shoot, or style, frames that could only be ours, and cut the week’s stories and stills without waiting to be briefed on every post.
- You work close to the High Floral bench, so the best thing we make is the thing people see.
- You turn a good idea into a smooth night, then use what you learn, and what the numbers tell you, to make the next one better.
Who we are hoping to meet
You are the one your friends call when they want something to happen, and you have the eye to make it look like something. Warm, curious and quick on your feet, with the confidence to stand up in front of a room and the instinct to make the night actually work.
You might come from the arts, from culture, hospitality, fashion or events: anywhere community gets built face to face. Fashion or luxury behind you is a real advantage, or an eye you have trained yourself. Show us the work rather than the follower count.
You do not need a particular background, or a little black book. We care about your taste, your generosity, and the nights people are still talking about.
