Who owns what. This page is cut-offs, fees, delivery windows, leave-if-out, public holidays and StarTrack. The contract, the Australian Consumer Law, change-of-mind cancels, the Triple Guarantee, care and unattended-leave authority sit in the Terms of Service. How to claim sits in the Refund Policy.
1. Who we are
Fig & Bloom Pty Ltd (ABN 79 622 519 135).
We deliver from:
- Melbourne: Ground Floor, 274 Wingrove Street, Fairfield VIC 3078
- Sydney: 62-64 Australia Street, Camperdown NSW 2050
- Brisbane: 31 Jeays Street, Bowen Hills QLD 4006
Contact: service@figandbloom.com or 1300 447 934.
We deliver within Australia only.
2. Delivery fee
Checkout shows the delivery fee for that order and address. We do not set a single flat fee on this page. Pay the amount shown at checkout.
3. Same-day cut-off (metro)
Order before 1pm local time, Monday to Saturday, for same-day metro hand-delivery in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane where checkout offers that date.
4. Delivery days
We do not deliver on Sundays. If you want flowers for Sunday, choose Saturday at checkout.
Public holidays follow the calendar at checkout. If a date is selectable, we are delivering that day. If it is not selectable, we are not.
StarTrack and other regional courier runs are on business days.
5. Firm local dates and the StarTrack window
If checkout sold you a firm date for metro or local hand-delivery, that is the date we must meet. On-time or it is free, in the Terms of Service, applies to those firm local dates.
If checkout said StarTrack may arrive a day either side, arrival one day either side of the selected date is not, by itself, late. On-time or it is free does not apply to that window.
Outside that window, lost, or damaged in transit, is a failure. Tell us under the Refund Policy. We will replace, re-deliver or refund as the Terms of Service require.
If nobody is home on a StarTrack delivery, the carrier’s usual rule is to leave the parcel at the local post office. That is not an automatic refund.
6. Leave if no one is home
Authority and a reasonable place are the tests. They live in the Terms of Service. This page only describes the operational default.
If the order or your notes authorise leave-safe, our driver may leave the flowers in a reasonable place at the address, or with a neighbour if the property is inaccessible or unsafe to leave at. We will leave a card if we leave them with a neighbour.
Saturday metro deliveries may be left without a signature if no one is home, still in a reasonable place.
If we cannot leave them safely, we will re-attempt or arrange another delivery. Recipient not home is not an automatic refund.
A redelivery fee for that area may apply if the failed attempt was because of a wrong address you gave us, or no one home and no safe place. We contact you first. If you choose to collect, pickup is from the studio that made the order (Fairfield, Camperdown or Bowen Hills). We do not offer pickup from Kew. If the failed attempt was our fault, there is no fee.
If a concierge or security desk must take the flowers, that is delivery to the building.
We do not say we have no liability after leave. See the Terms of Service.
7. Alcohol add-ons
Alcohol add-ons are only available where we can lawfully supply them and will show at checkout.
8. Flower Club deliveries
Club price and frequency are on the product page and at checkout, not here. The same leave, StarTrack and Sunday rules apply unless checkout says otherwise.
