Frequently Asked Questions
We deliver Flower Club orders every Thursday. Place your first order before 1 PM for delivery this week. Otherwise, if you order after 1 PM on Thursday, your first delivery will be scheduled the following week.
We will leave the flowers safely at your address, provided there is a safe place to leave them. If your delivery address is not accessible, the flowers will be returned to our studio and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Pause, skip or cancel any time.
To skip a delivery, simply login to the Member's Portal and click Manage Subscription.
On the next screen click Skip and then confirm.
Login to the Member's Portal and click Manage Subscription.
On the next screen click Pause and confirm.
When you are ready to resume your subscription, login to the Member's Portal and navigate to the Manage Subscription page. Then click Resume.
Login to the Member's Portal and click Manage Subscription.
On the next screen click Cancel and confirm.
No, we also deliver to regional areas in VIC, NSW, SA, ACT and QLD.
However, your delivery may not occur on Thursday due to courier transit times.
