Returns & Exchanges

We put a lot of love into every order, and we want your Fig & Bloom experience to be nothing short of delightful.

Fresh Flowers

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of flowers, we can accept return requests within within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery for damaged, wilted, or incorrect flowers. If eligible, we may also offer an exchange, store credit, or partial refund.

To be eligible for an exchange, the flowers must:

  • Be in their original condition,

  • Be available for collection within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery.

Because each floral arrangement is made to order and affected by seasonal availability, slight variations may occur. We do our best to reflect the style and palette shown on our website, but substitutions may be made with flowers of equal or greater value.

Non-Perishable Products

For items such as vases, candles, or other gifts, we offer exchanges if:

  • You notify us within 1 day of delivery,

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and can be collected (or returned) in resellable condition.

Return shipping or recollection costs for change-of-mind exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
