Questions

When will I receive my delivery?

We deliver Flower Club orders every Thursday. Place your first order before 1 PM for delivery this week. Otherwise, if you order after 1 PM on Thursday, your first delivery will be scheduled the following week. 

What if I am not home?

We will leave the flowers safely at your address, provided there is a safe place to leave them. If your delivery address is not accessible, the flowers will be returned to our studio and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

How do I update my subscription?

Our customer care team can help you change the delivery frequency or size of your order at any time. Please send an email to service@figandbloom.com with your request.

How do I skip a week?

Login to the Member's Portal and click Manage Subscription.

On the next screen click Skip and confirm.

How do I pause my subscription while I am away on holidays?

Login to the Member's Portal and click Manage Subscription.

On the next screen click Pause and confirm.

When you are reaady to resume your subscription, login to the Member's Portal and navigate to the Manage Subscription page. Then click Resume.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Login to the Member's Portal and click Manage Subscription.

On the next screen click Cancel and confirm.

Do you only send to Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane

Yes, at this stage Flower Club delivery is limited to delivery addresses in the Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane metro area.
