You are invited to join our “housewarming” party this Saturday, 6th March.
Not a day passes that we don’t thank our lucky stars, because Fig & Bloom didn’t just survive intermittent lockdowns and travel restrictions last year. Our business grew rapidly as many of you turned to Fig & Bloom to deliver important messages of congratulations, gratitude & sympathy. By December last year, we had truly outgrown our first home in Sydney.
But now we’ve found it… our forever home in Camperdown!
And you’re invited to join us for the housewarming
62 to 64 Australia Street, Camperdown
An iconic corner building in Camperdown, it was the site of Amazing Paints for the past 25 years. Previously the building was painted fluorescent yellow, which has thankfully given way to a more contemporary white façade—thank you Bill! (our new landlord)
Larger space
Compared to our old home in Alexandria, our new home in Camperdown is H-U-G-E at almost 300m2. Our previous location was a very compact 62m2. Looking back now, we don’t know how we made it work. Vases stacked to the ceiling, designers working elbow to elbow. And much of our preparation work happened out the back where we set up a makeshift workbench every day.
Our new larger space in Camperdown doesn’t just mean we have room to breathe, we’ve taken the opportunity to build a large coolroom which will help us keep your flowers fresher for longer. We also have a gorgeous upstairs mezzanine level that doubles as an office / event space. And there is heaps of room for all kinds of storage.
More workshops!
With our larger team and bigger space, we can now offer more workshops. Starting this Saturday, 6 March, we are running two floral design workshops to share our passion for florals & help teach you budding flower lovers how to recreate your favourite floral designs. Going forward, we’re planning to hold workshops every week and have high hopes of making our new home an event hub for creatives of all types.
More events!
What else are we doing with more space and a growing team? More events!
Last year, with the volume of online orders, we were often working at capacity and sadly had to decline many events clients. With our growing Sydney design team now up to speed, we look forward to working with you to make your wedding, baby shower or media launch a gorgeous floral success!

PS–just one more thing!
We’ve commissioned Sydney street artist Anastasia Gladushchenko (a.k.a. “Nastia”) to paint a giant mural along the wall which faces Salisbury Rd.
Nastia has painted some of the most striking botanical murals, paintings and installations across Sydney. So we’re more than a little bit excited that our forever home will soon sport splashes of her signature florals.
