I used your service for the first time this week. I ordered an extra large arrangement at more than $250 for my mums bday. I spent a large ammount as it was her first bday without our dad who passed away earlier this year. It was meant to be a replacement for what my dad would have sent.

I was very disappointed to see that the flowers delivered were so small! Please see pic attached. It was certainly not commiserate with the money spent. I was really quite surprised. It’s certainly not what I expected for the money spent.

What can be done to fix this please??

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m very sorry that your first experience with Fig & Bloom did not meet your expectations, especially given the significance of your mum’s birthday. I completely understand how disappointing this must have felt.

As you can see from the attached studio and delivery photos we have sent you, the bouquet sent aligns with the Extra Large Marseille as advertised. All stems for this arrangement were included, but as with any living product, slight variations in bloom size and presentation can occur, and it is not always possible to perfectly reproduce website images.

To make this right, we have been in touch and have offered you a good will gesture, and we hope this gives us the opportunity to provide a more exceptional experience next time.
