Rose gold in the glass, and serious underneath.
The same Tasmanian fruit and the same four years on tirage as the Brut Elite, built on a higher share of Pinot Noir for colour and weight. Red berries and brioche on the nose, maraschino cherry and lychee on the palate, dry and long. Pale, contemporary, nothing sweet about it.
Very cold, in a proper glass, with something worth marking.

- Grown and made in Tasmania: Pipers River, Tamar Valley, Coal River Valley, Derwent Valley and the East Coast
- Pinot Noir 56%, Chardonnay 34%, Pinot Meunier 10%
- Cuvée 1901, four years on tirage, dosage 3.9g/L
- Serve at 6 to 8 degrees. Store on its side, out of direct sun.
Under liquor licence laws this product must be purchased with flowers, and the value of the liquor must not be more than 50% of the total gift value. Someone aged 18+ must be available to accept delivery.
