Description
Two coffees, one espresso. Santa Clara from Antigua in Guatemala makes up 85% of the blend and gives it a deep, chocolatey base. The remaining 15% is Kiangundo from Nyeri in Kenya, which lifts the whole thing into stewed apricot and plum.
Market Lane have been roasting in Melbourne since 2009 and buy seasonally, so the blend shifts through the year with whatever is drinking best. Built for espresso, and it holds its shape under milk.

- 85% Santa Clara, Antigua, Guatemala. Bourbon, washed, grown by the Zelaya family, bought direct since 2009
- 15% Kiangundo, Nyeri, Kenya. SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11 and Batian, washed, from the roughly 839 farmers of the Kiama cooperative, since 2019
- Roasted in small batches in Melbourne
- At its best within a month of roasting
