Original Dark is the blend Mörk built its name on, and it behaves like real chocolate rather than a sweetened powder. Nicaraguan cacao carries it, softened with unrefined coconut blossom sugar, so what lands in the cup is deep and rounded instead of sugary: stone fruit and toasted almond first, ripe berry underneath, then a long finish of toffee and dark chocolate.
All it asks for is hot milk and a whisk. A considered thing to send alongside flowers, for the person who takes their afternoon seriously.
