Whilst the flowers itself were gorgeous, I ordered white centrepieces as it was for my daughter’s christening. We received bright red roses which were inappropriate for the day! No one contacted me to inform me of the changes until after they were delivered to the venue!

Thank you for your review and I’m very sorry for the disappointment caused.

You’re absolutely right to question this. We were unfortunately running short of white and soft-toned blooms on the day, and in an effort to ensure the arrangement was full and delivered on time, the team bulked up the arrangement with red flowers. I completely understand that red was not appropriate for a christening, and I’m very sorry this wasn’t communicated to you beforehand.

We appreciate you letting us know and will take this feedback on board to ensure substitutions are more suitable for the occasion in future.
