Favourite flowers have their own calendar. Save yours, or someone else’s, and let their return to season become a reason to send them.
“Mum loves anemones” is the kind of detail you remember because you know her. Knowing when anemones are back in season takes a different kind of attention. Unless you are checking the flower range regularly, the moment can pass before you think to look.
We built favourite-flower reminders to connect those two things: the flower you know they love, and the moment it returns.

A reason to send flowers that is already personal
A birthday gives you a date to work towards. A favourite flower gives you another way to think of someone. Perhaps your friend always stops to look at tulips. Perhaps hydrangeas are the flowers you wait for yourself each year. Neither needs an occasion attached.
On our favourite-flowers page, you can save choices for yourself or for someone you love. Seasonal alerts are designed to let you know when a saved flower comes back into season. You can then look at the designs available and decide whether you would like to send something.
It is a small change in how flower shopping begins. Instead of opening the range because a date is approaching, you can begin with a flower and the person it brings to mind.
Some flowers are an occasion in themselves.
What customers recognised in it
One customer invited to test the feature told us: “I also wait each year for hydrangeas so I have added that as a reminder for myself.” That is exactly the sort of personal habit we wanted to make easier to keep.
Another customer said: “I like the fact that I can be alerted when my favourite flowers are available.” She explained that she adored tulips, but often found they were unavailable when she looked. A notification, she said, would likely prompt her to order. That was her expectation, rather than a report of an order already placed, but it describes the usefulness clearly: knowing when to look.
The feedback also included a sensible preference for fewer, more relevant notifications. A favourite-flower reminder should earn your attention by being about something you have chosen.
See how it works
Choose the flower they love
Anemones for Mum, hydrangeas for you. Tap a favourite, then save your selection.
- Find their favourite flower
- Tap to select, then save
Save the flower against the right person
- Open the favourite-flowers page and choose yourself or the person you have in mind.
- Tap the flowers they love. You can choose more than one, and browse the full list if their favourite is not among the first suggestions.
- Choose Save to keep those favourites with their details, and check your notification preferences in Reminders.
You can save Mum’s anemones and your own hydrangeas separately. That matters when a flower returns: you want to remember whose favourite it is, rather than face a list of flowers with the story missing.
Seasonal availability can move with growing conditions and supply. Treat the typical seasons shown on the page as a guide, and check the available design and delivery date before ordering. Saving a favourite does not reserve flowers or place an order for you.

Save your favourite flowers, including the ones someone else adores. If you would also like to know which designs they would choose, read a little hint makes a better gift.
