As outlined in our website terms, we may need to make suitable substitutions when specific stems are unavailable on the day of delivery in order to avoid delays. In this instance, eucalyptus was substituted with pittosporum, which is a commonly used, durable foliage in floristry and considered an appropriate seasonal alternative.

Our team also explained that snapdragons can appear soft or slightly wilted in transit and typically perk up once placed in fresh water. That said, we understand how concerning this can look on arrival, especially for such a sensitive occasion.
