It was such a lovely bouquet. I don’t live in Australia but was so pleased when my son sent me a photo of the roses. It was stunning. Sent to the wrong person at the wrong address 10 hours too late.

Thank you for your review, and I’m sorry to hear that this experience was disappointing.
I’d like to clarify that the order was placed at 11:30am and delivered just before 7:00pm the same day. While this is later than our usual delivery window, during peak periods we do not guarantee specific delivery times, and same-day deliveries can occur into the evening.
Regarding the delivery address, the flowers were delivered to the address provided on the order confirmation. Unfortunately, we are only able to deliver based on the details supplied at checkout.
I do appreciate how frustrating this would have been, particularly if the delivery was intended for a specific person or time, and I’m sorry that this impacted your experience.
