As the seasons change, so do our blooms. When substituting flowers, we select the finest seasonal stems of equal or greater value.

I’m very disappointed with the bouquet I received compared to what I originally ordered. It was embarrassing for my friend to receive a bunch with only 3 roses, 1 other flower, and some greenery, especially after I paid over $135. I would not recommend your service. Management did not offer any compensation, which is not what good customer service looks like.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear that the bouquet did not meet your expectations.

I’d like to clarify that the arrangement was made with all stems included as advertised for that design. Due to seasonal availability, alstroemeria was substituted with wax flower, which is outlined in our substitution policy and agreed to at the time of purchase. The overall stem count, value, and style of the bouquet were maintained.

While we understand your disappointment, a 10% discount code was offered as a goodwill gesture in recognition of your feedback.

We regret that this experience has left you unhappy and appreciate you sharing your concerns, which we take seriously as we continue to review how our arrangements are presented online and communicated to customers.

Very disappointed.
Flowers arrived 4 days late, delivered at doorstep and left overnight. Looked very tired.

I was a little disappointed as the flowers that were received did not look like the ones that appeared on the web site.
