The flowers are cut to order and conditioned by our florists. If they don't last a week, we resend, free.

Can I swap a piece for something else?
Bundles are fixed, which is how we price and pack them properly. If you'd like a different combination, add the pieces individually from our gifts range and we'll still send them together.
Can I include a message?
Yes. A Fig & Bloom card is included. Write your message at checkout and we print it on the card.
Where do you deliver same-day?
Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, ordered before the 1pm cut-off. Other areas ship via tracked overnight courier.
What if a piece sells out?
We swap in something of equal or greater value and let you know before it goes out.
What if it doesn't land?
